I’m Phillip Raymond Host. I’ve been into fitness for over 20 years, but it hasn’t always been smooth sailing. In my 20s, staying in shape felt easy—I had no responsibilities, no real stress, and all the time in the world to train and eat right. But once I hit my 30s, life got busier. I fell into the classic yo-yo cycle—getting shredded, then rebounding. And after getting married and having kids, things really shifted. In my 40s, I looked in the mirror one day and didn’t even recognise the man staring back. That was my wake-up call. I took control again—not just for me, but for my family. Since then, I’ve built a system that works for busy men like us.
Now my wife Dee is coaching alongside me. She used to compete on stage, so she knew exactly how to push her body into peak condition. But after becoming a mum, she quickly realised that prep life and mum life are two very different worlds. Through trial and error, she found a way to get back in shape, stay healthy, and sustain it while raising kids and juggling the chaos of family life. And now she’s passionate about helping other mums do the same.

Card payments are accepted and processed weekly by default. However, if you’d prefer to be billed fortnightly or monthly instead, we can easily arrange that. You also have the option to pay the full 6 weeks upfront if that’s more convenient.
Results will be assessed based on overall changes in body composition over the 6 weeks—this may include fat loss, lean muscle gain, or even overall weight gain depending on the participant’s personal goal. All progress is judged relative to where each person started.
In addition to physical transformation, we’ll also be looking at habit consistency (training, nutrition, and daily routines) and community engagement throughout the challenge. Showing up consistently and supporting others counts—this challenge is as much about building a stronger lifestyle as it is about changing your body.
Your meal plan, your way—always tailored, never templated.
From the moment you join, we take a deep dive into your eating habits, food preferences, dislikes, dietary needs, and lifestyle. You’ll complete a detailed onboarding form so we get the full picture—and it doesn’t stop there. Every two weeks, we check in and adjust based on how you’re feeling, what’s working, what’s not, and even your budget if needed. This is a two-way process, not a one-size-fits-all template. We work with you to make sure your plan stays aligned with your goals and fits seamlessly into your life.
A meal plan is a sample day of eating that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and even dessert—each portion designed to match your specific calorie and macronutrient targets.
